Day 1: Arrive in St. Barth's

Lunch on the beach

Head straight from the airport for a late lunch at the chic La Cabane beach restaurant in Cheval Blanc. After lunch, buy yourself some special vacation outfits at the hotel’s boutique. There’s a great selection of coverups and bikinis.

Check in to your hotel, ideally at Cheval Blanc! Take your time to settle into St. Barth’s and nap on the beach in your new bikini.

Go out for dinner, drinks, and dancing

After a much-needed beach nap, head to Carl Gustaf for sunset cocktails with the best views over Gustavia. Dinner will be at Bonito, a perennial favorite for its excellent ceviches and seafood dishes enjoyed by a casually cool crowd. Le Yacht Club is the place to hit for nightlife.

Day 2: Beaches and boutiques

Beach hop

Have your rental car delivered to your hotel, then pack up an umbrella and towels to check out the island’s gorgeous beaches. Stop at La Petite Colombe for freshly-baked croissants. Go to Gouverneur in the morning for swimming before the sun gets too strong. If you want to sunbathe in your birthday suit, hit Saline.

Lunch and lounge

Pre-book lounge chairs and lunch at Shellona for 1 pm, over on Shell Beach in Gustavia. The food is great, the vibe relaxed but fun, and after you’re done, you can head into town for shopping.

Hit the shops in Gustavia

Clic is designer Christian Celle’s concept shop with home goods, art and fashion. Lolita Jaca is the place to get flowy cover-ups and kimonos.

At Poupette you’ll find great printed dresses and beachwear. For jewelry, head to Bijoux de la Mer for jewelry and Delfina for swimwear.

Relax at your hotel before dinner

Head back to the hotel to rest up before dinner, then choose tonight between Bagatelle for a great Mediterranean menu and occasional after-dinner DJ and dancing, or over to Tamarin to dine in a beautiful garden setting. For an over-the-top night, book a table at Le Ti for a cabaret dinner that everyone should experience once.

Day 3: Get Local

Go for a hike

Start your day with a hike to Colombier, a picture-perfect beach reachable only by foot or boat.

Snack and surf

For lunch choose between Nikki Beach or the Sand Bar, Eden Rock’s beachfront eatery. You’ll be near Lorient, a popular spot for surfing. Take a lesson from Hookipa Surf Shop.

Pick up beauty products before dinner

Pop into Ligne St. Barth for locally made lotions and body oils.

For dinner go to Le Select, a super casual spot to grab a burger and fries. Do takeaway and bring it back to your hotel to eat on the beach with a bottle of wine. One of the best things about St. Barth’s is you can buy good, well-priced wines in the grocery store!

If you’re feeling fancier, book a table at L’Isola in Gustavia. The Italian food is incredible, the service always on point, and although there’s no outdoor seating it’s still a special place.
