My travel style
If I am traveling to a new location, I want to feel like a local and immerse myself in their culture. I personally hate doing anything touristy, but I’ll admit that it is fun to sprinkle it in for the photos! I love to have luxury hotel accommodations, however it is not a must-have. What lights my soul up is finding hidden gems in each location that I go to. Good food is always a must, or I will want to fly home immediately!
Recently returned from:
- Yachting in Newport.
- Sunrise paddle boarding in Key West.
- Island and Cocktail hopping in the Virgin Islands.
Dreaming of...
- Wine tasting through Italy, France and Portugal.
- Going on a safari in Kenya.
- Sailing through the Mediterranean.
What's one thing you can't travel without?
An eye mask! It seems silly, but the second I put it on, its lights out – and I am well rested for the rest of my adventure.
Two truths, one lie:
- I speak enough French to get us drinks!
- My cousin and best friend met on a flight to Iceland.
- I sailed through Croatia on a catamaran for two days on a whim.
